Press Release from Temiskaming Live Theatre

Just helping to spread the word!

Press Release from Temiskaming Live Theatre

August 4 2010

Topic: A new production

The terrific Canadian comedy Having Hope At Home by David S Craig has been chosen by Temiskaming Live Theatre for production this fall. TLT has taken some time off from the local scene but is anxious to return once more to the Classic Theatre. Profit from this show will be donated to the Classic for use in a future endeavour. This is a great chance for patrons and local businesses to boost a local arts group and support the Classic at the same time. The dates are November 4, 5, 6. Contact Larry Aquino to get involved.
Having Hope At Home

by David S. Craig

A sidesplitting look at a family learning to love again. On a winter night in a drafty farmhouse a baby is about to arrive. A very pregnant Carolyn is determined to bring her family back together before the birth of her first child. In this multi-generational comedy that has charmed audiences across the country, modern medicine meets midwifery head-on in a torrent of family feuding and as tensions begin to rise, so does the laughter! It will take a baby to heal the rift in this funny, heart-warming story of forgiveness and hope.

Anyone interested in acting or the production end of things should contact Larry Aquino. Auditions will start week of August 8 and rehearsals week of August 23
