Here is a bit of news for book lovers everywhere, the Canadian Booksellers Association(CBA) has been trying to get our government to remove the GST from books for years now. I guess they have a meeting with the Honourable Jim Flaherty in
Ottawa on October 30 to discuss a number of industry concerns, including removal of GST from books. So cross your fingers folks, and wish them luck!
